Newell Gurus

This is a 4" motor that replaces the original 3" motor. Newell part number is AP 14608. Price through Newell was $435.04. Handwritten on the HWH box was RAP 90415

Here is a direct replacement motor for the 3" motor that originally came on my coach. Cost is $122.37. On their web site the motor # is 538-8023. That # according to customer service has been superseded by part #11.216.237.

I have the engineering drawing, but couldn't figure out how to attach it. I'm working on whether they have a replacement & cost of the 4" motor that I used.

Elreg was unable to verify, but their picture looks like the 4" motor I got from Newell. Elreg's part # is 538-6854. Cost is $100.88

Note: If you look at the photo on the web site you'll notice on the front a plastic piece that uses the mounting bolts and holds the front bearing in place. That is only put there for shipping. It holds the armature from coming forward and out of the motor brushes. The plastic retainer MUST be removed prior to installation!
