My Newell manual suggests the Microwave breaker is located in a "lower panel" - any idea where that might be located? I checked the one in the closet but could not find it... Help! No coffee this morning!
Reminds me of the movie Airplane when the captain comes on and basically says they are all about to crash and everyone is calm and then he mentions they are out of coffee and everyone freaks out... lol
I found it! In one of the driver side bays there is a small box with 3 breakers in it... coffee crisis narrowly avoided!
That small box should be the breakers coming from the inverter, just so you know.

Did you hear a giant AH-HA coming from the direction of Alabama? I have always thought that the location of the lower breaker box to be odd. Why there? Your post just explained that! Thanks. I have come to believe that when something does not make sense to me...its because I don't understand. This like just about everything else has a reason for being like it is!

My inverter feeds directly into this breaker box so I reasoned that these are the only circuits supplied with power from the inverter.
Another AH-HA! from Alabama! We just rolled in to Huntsville, AL to work here for the next several months. The RV parks here are terrible!
Now that I found the breakers for the microwave our stove stopped working. Checked the breakers in the closet and they are fine. We are in a park with 30 amp power, would that affect the stove? Both legs show power on the meters in the upper dash bins (120volts)... what am I missing? I used the 'dogleg' box that was with the coach thinking it would link the 30amp and 20amp at the pole but it looks like it has a separate plug for the 20amp, can I use that side somehow?
It does not do any good to connect to both the 30 amp and 20 amp it they share the same breaker. Connecting to two 30 amp boxes works since they normally have their own breakers. You may have to run the gen to operate the stove.
The stove is 220 and so is the aquahot electric heater. When you are on 30 amp both legs are in phase and actually the same leg. When on 50 amp the legs are separate. If you put your voltmeter on a 30 amp pedestal, it should read nothing between the two hot legs and 120 to ground. If you measure a 50 amp plug you should get 220 between the hot legs, and each leg will measure 110 to ground or neutral

This will work to give you 220 volts in the coach IF the service pole has the 30 amp receptacle and the 15/20 amp receptacle on different legs and also if the 15/20 breaker is NOT a GFCI. But you will have reduced amperage. I've used it before but don't remember if the stove and the dryer worked. The air conditioner did on both legs and that was what was needed. But still had to manage the loads.
