Recently my leveling system became DOA. It would activate the leveling solenoids but would not activate any leveling function including all up or all down. I performed the trouble shooting steps in the System 680 troubleshooting guide, but no dice.

It took about 4 days for HWH to call me back, since their system is a first in, first out lineup. Once on the line, the tech asked me about the diagnosis I had already performed, and we determined that I should ship back both the control box and the control panel.

At first, removing the control box appears to be a daunting task because of the gajillion connections. I stole an idea from @"Pardue101", and used colored zip ties to ID the connection points. To get more options I used double ties, and mixed the colors, to get enough differentation for all the connections. I think there were about 25 or so connections.

Shipped the box off to HWH, and less than two weeks later it returns. Total cost was less than 200, and that included 70 of shipping.

Took about two hours to hook everything back up, and voila, it works.

Hats off to HWH. Good folks!
I had a similar experience with HWH several years ago. It is frustrating to not be able to call up and get an answer but I appreciate the first come-first served policy. They ended up rebuilding my control box as well.
Richard, I also sent my control box to HWH and had very a satisfied dealing with them.  Back in about 2 weeks and $185.00.  It looked to me that they exchanged the boards out, because the relays were all white and when I got it back they were all black.  What ever they did it fixed the problem.  Mine was the front slide.  Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't.
