Have a 2007 Newell with TCS 11 NE02 PM001 v 5.08
Has a Prosine 3.0 Xantrex Inverter
Total Coach System is showing error code 11 communication error inverter - this error is sporadic and not constant (sometimes red light other times green)
All seems ok at the Xantrex monitor
All connections seem ok
Spoke to Silverleaf - they think inverter may be going bad.
Any suggestions before buying a new inverter?

The only suggestion I am qualified to make here is to double and triple check connections. My coach is much older, but it has taught me the subsequent corrosion along with wear and tear on "plug in" connections can be tricky to diagnose.
What happens if you unplug Siverleaf from inverter?

What happens if you turn the inverter off?

Do you get the error when on shore power, generator power, battery power, or both?
Deoxit is great for cleaning and preventing oxidation on electrical components.

I am having same issue in my 2009 coach.

It is fixed.
Sent back TCS unit back to Silverleaf. Theydiagnosed it and replaced a chip. According to them, quite common issue.
Cost around $300.
All great. Can send details if needed.

I have a 2008 Newell, coach # 1247. The Total Coach Monitoring system Panel above the galley just went black, no lights. When I hit the menu or other switches, nothing happens. I have checked the outside connections where the shore power cord comes into the coach and nothing happens. I have looked for fuses, but not sure where they are located?

Any suggestions as to where I might find the fuses? What about the panel going dark and not coming to life? Any thoughts here?
