So I replaced my square D switch and it cycles every few seconds. Compressor turns on and off are there check valves in the system when it shuts off the blow off valve opens and release pressure for a few seconds

If you remove the cover for the switch, you will see it has adjustments for the pressure for the pump to turn on and for the pump to turn off. That should be in the instructions.
Of course, with the cover removed, you will be exposed to 110V so be careful where you are poking your screwdriver when making the adjustments.
You want the pump to come on at 70 psi and turn off at 90 psi. Use the supply gauge at the driver's console to read the pressure.
Please take a picture of your water separator associated with 110V pump. Newell used several different configurations, and some were chronic leakers, so a previous owner may have done something different. It's hard to comment on what may be happening with your pressure release until we know what you have.

My pressure switch has 3 small wires on one side that go to the 110 relay and the 2 air valves the other side of the switch is a ground wire the to middle 2 terminals have a jumper wire .

I really am trying to help you, but we are not communicating very well. I will try to do a better job of explaining.
If I read your first post on this subject, it seems that the reason you started on this project was that the well pump switch had failed. Is that correct?
You said the pump would build pressure, but you did not state the pressure that it would build. Do you remember how much pressure it would build? Would you tell us how much pressure it would build? This is to rule out a problem with the pump.
I can only assume that you wired the new well pump switch exactly like the old one was wired? Is that correct?
The reason I asked for a picture of the water separator was that you described a situation in which the separator was venting frequently.
