Hello folks,

I am in need of a air/water sequencing valve for a Microphor toilet. Mine is acting up.

Also the flapper does not close tight enough and allows the water to leave the bowl. Any advice on what to do to make some adjustments ?

It has been my experience that many problems with these toilets can be solved by cleaning the vacuum breaker and lubing the sequence valve.

I just rebuilt the air sequence valve and the entire toilet. Sue will send you all appropriate repairs. We found her very knowledgeable for repairs.
