[attachment=7050]      I have a 17.5 powertech generator in my 1994 newell . one of the fuel filters is a spin on and one is a cartridge with a glass bowl. I am not able to locate a part # for the filter with the glass bowl. Thanks, Paul
I don’t believe there is a filter in that bowl. You just remove it and clean it out.
I believe your engine is a Kubota.  There are a couple of different filters depending on the engine model.  Remove the cartridge and inspect for a number on measure and post your dimensions.  I’ll see if I can find you a number.  There are several other gurus with that brand and size, somebody might know.

The filter is the secondary and filters the fuel after the primary.  To me, it is the most important filter in the string.
Thanks Gordon,  I have replaced it once a couple of years ago and got the part # from a diesel injection pump rebuilder.  Now that I work all week it is had to get away. I will be writing the # down in a inconspicuous place this time. Paul
The filter dimensions are 2" in diameter and 3.5 " long . Thank you for any help. Paul
I believe I found the filter. Kubota 15521-43160.
Thanks for your time and help, I never considered looking it up by dimension. Paul
