Interior Lights to replace Halogens - RegaNewell - 01-12-2014

I am looking for links to look at lights to replace all of our halogen lights on our coach. I would like to find LED lights. If anyone has these and remembers where you bought them from could you please post the links?

Thanks!
Pam

Pam,
Do you want to replace the entire fixture or just replace the halogen bulbs with leds in the existing fixture?

I looked in our coach and I must have 50 of those. perhaps a group purchase?

If you are talking about the 3" round fixtures on the ceiling that use the two-wire type bulbs I have a local source. I think they were $16.00 a piece. I only bought one to try. They don't dim as well the halogen. I would be interested in a group buy. I could probably use 20 of them.

Steve, Erniee and HoosierDaddy,

I think I just want to replace the bulbs and not the entire fixture. Anyone know about the brightness on these bulbs? I like the bright white and not yellow or blue.

Thanks
Pam

Most of us have bought them from ebay. Just make sure the card diameter will fit your fixture. And the pin length is long enough. You can always cut some off.
Just looked and they guy I bought mine from doesn't have any listed. Think I paid less than a dollar for each led bulb.

Forrest...I will check and see what I can find. I may have to buy 1 of each and find the ones I like!

i replaced all 60 some in mine. i ordered a variety of sizes, temperature colors and lumens. i experimented, then picked the ones we liked the best and bought the rest. i think i paid under 2 bucks apiece for them. on ebay

Tom,

Thanks....I think I am going to order a few of each to see what we like also. Then once I know what I want order all to replace them with. I haven't counted yet but I'm sure we have close to that! LOL
