You can buy a book at most truck stops that gives you a listing of all low underpasses in America.

The bridge at Newell is for sure 13'8" they claim to measure it after each road surface. Our coach is 13'3" according to Newell. We have been under many 13'3" clearances going through NY city. It's not comfortable but like trusting your insruments in the weather flying a plane.
