air setup for testing airloss - encantotom - 08-12-2015

hi,

here are the two setups i made to test for air loss.  the line is just screwed on the double gauge setup to prevent me getting whipped with it.

you would put this inbetween where you are trying to isolate a pressure loss.

then you turn the valve off and you can see which side is losing pressure.

the smaller one is an inline one for checking pressure

Hi Tom,

With the problems I have had with HWH... I installed a valve system on the coach to separate the air bags & the 6 pack solenoids.

I can isolate the air bags & put air in or out without using the HWH solenoids.

I can see if the leak is in the air bags or the rest of the system.

When the HWH air system will not raise the front of the coach....all I had to do is add nitrogen (from on board source) or air compressor to

the air valve & up she goes.

Wow Mark, amazingly elegant setup. I'm a hammer-to-fit-paint-to-match kinda guy, I would be afraid of messing the shine on it. Still, I'm envious.
