do you deflate air bags when storing - Chester Stone - 10-06-2012

I may be storing my coach for a few months and wonder if I should deflate the air bags or leave them in the level position. The storage pad is quite level.

I do not deflate my air bags in storage. Usually though I am working on the coach and I have the coach raised & blocked up. If I was going to be away from my coach for two months and not working on it, I would leave it in the level position.

Yes, when I go into storage I try to remember to deflate them. No telling how long it may sit.

I leave it level with comp on and have had no problems. Newell says either way is fine

I don't really think there is any wrong answer here and Larry has just confirmed what I suspected. After all, we'll be sitting still here in Campbellsville, KY for over two months, but still living in the coach....certainly won't hurt the coach have the air bags inflated anymore than if it was in storage.
