Well, I decided to 'adjust' the shower door again - CAUTION!!! I pushed too hard on it and it broke! The parts are about $500 to fix it according to Newell!!! I am going to find out how much a square shower will cost from a couple of places including Newell, Foretravel - any other suggestions?
I will find out how much the part costs if I can find it on the web... I like this shower but it is a pain...
I broke parts 4 & 9 ... It looks like they are made of plastic but will find out when I drill them out...

Adrian,
Try to carefully extract them. You may be able to make a quick & dirty repair to the parts with JB Weld. I have have to use it to repair some plastic pieces in my steering column turn signal assembly with good success.

I went with a neo-angle shower because of space efficiency. I am not happy with the quality of the particular unit I chose but it is priced right and sufficient for occasional use. If we were full-time I would have spent more. It is difficult to find a shower that fits right.

We ordered the parts yesterday ($$$) and I plan to install them on Saturday if they get here in time.

Has anyone replaced these parts (4 & 9) - we are trying but they don't want to come out and I definitely do NOT want to crack the glass banging away on it... Anyone know of a good show near Huntsville, AL?

Anyone know of a source for part # 7 (the plastic guide that door rollers roll on)? Thanks

Part #7 was available through Newell for $160 plus shipping about 2 years ago. I have replaced the entire shower part by part and at great expense , but it has been awhile since my last needed repair. Do love the shower as much as any home shower .. Have scored lots of spare parts over the years and had them when needed. You won't find any parts cheap unless by accident , like when Hedy called Liberty Coach for door rollers since they used the same showers and they sold the parts at cost and we scored the last rollers for $52 and I think they are about $300 now. You can buy direct from Europe , but Newell is more reliable shipping..
Ron,
Make sure you warm up that plastic runner before installing it after you find one. It slides in easy after left in the sun for a few hours.... I will install it for you at Ruidoso if you have it by then.

Ron, Not sure but you could probably fill the track with Silicone. Might tape it off to remove excess... Before I noticed the plastic track filler was missing I ran the door back and forth a few times and it worked ok, just noisier...
