Saw this classic at Newell waiting for service. - cranemec - 01-06-2017

Also out of sheer curiosity, I am looking for a couple of Newells.

My dad's coach is #730.

I just dropped it off in Miami this past Monday.

His old coach is #630. Does anyone know where that one wound up?

His first Newell, he bought used, I don't know what number it was but there is no mistaking it if any of you have ever seen it. It was painted up like and American Flag. White with red and blue swooping stripes with stars in them.

Just wondering if any one has ever seen them and what may have happened to them.

Glad to see that 1988 again. That was the 10th 1988 model built. It was sold about 2-1/2 years ago. Nice looking coach. #630 is a 2002. It was for sale by Newell back in 2004. It was registered in Dallas, TX in the 2011-2012 time frame and in Elm Mott, TX (just north of Waco) in 2013.

I would love to see more photos of #730 (that is the first photo I have seen of it) and any photos you might find of your father's Newell that is painted like an American flag. I haven't seen that one either.

Some interior shots.

I'll see if I can find any of the flag bus. He used to tease people on the CB that he was the driver for the US Olympic team. Lol.

Creslie said 630 was still showing the second owner but of course he couldn't give me any more info.
He did say they brought it back to Newell for a color change and interior remodeling.
