Air leak at regulator - Georgeb - 01-25-2018

About 3 weeks ago our coach had an air regulator start leaking. This regulator 
Is in the wet bay on the curb side. I think it supplied air to the bath area. I replaced it and all was good!! 
Now we have a new leak. It’s also a regulator!
This one is on the drivers side under the kitchen area. To What does this regulator supply air?
At What pressure should it be set?

Hard to say, all Newells are different.

What doesn't work when this line is capped?

Regulator supplies air to seat
I set the new one to 40 lbs
