many times the guru gang can solve or help troubleshoot issues. all of you dont be afraid to post issues. like richard said, soon you will be the helper instead of the one asking for help

You'll find this forum is unique among other forums. We truly do like to help, no one here will look down on anyone for asking a question. Or posting a wrong solution, I've done it and gotten friendly PMs and have made many friends here.
