Was this from your paper towel test, or the results from Blackstone labs?

If it is Blackstone, usually they put a footnote in regarding how critical the situation is.

With the exception of the fuel the rest of the parameters look good.   NO COOLANT!!

May be a faulty injector if you have fuel in the oil.  Definitely better than coolant though.  Should probably schedule a check up at any rate to make sure you don't have have a catastrophic failure on the way.

A injector was replaced before I brought it to Arkansas but the oil was not replaced.

Change oil & filter. See how it goes from there. I would change the oil out ASAP because the fuel cut oil will not have the proper lubricity. Hopefully that will get you fixed up.

Update
Changed oil, drove 124 miles pulled another sample. Oil is normal. It needs to be driven and I’ll sample oil again. Smoke is significantly less.
