We were able to see this coach last week on our way north and here is what we saw;
The overall condition of the coach is very good to excellent, it has had 5 or 6 owners.
The body has no visible damage other than one very small scratch on the drivers side towards the rear of the coach (on a bay door)
The paint is in very good condition with an intact clear coat that has only a couple of very small areas of peeling, all on the front of the bus.
All bay compartments are super clean, as is the whole coach. Carpets have just been cleaned and upholstery is in excellent condition.
Maintenance has mostly been done at the Newell factory and the owner has extensive records of the work done to the coach.
The tires date from the 15th week of 2006 and have no exterior cracking or signs of wear. The tread is very good.
Age of the batteries is unknown but the owner thinks they are new. Her husband cared for the coach and has passed away.
Condition of the brakes is unknown. The owner and her husband have taken the coach across the country more than once including into Death Valley with no issues.
The owner says she is firm on the price and has taken into account the things that will most likely need to be done before any long trip.
The coach was started to put it back into it's covered storage and we didn't see any kind of smoke. The engine fired right up and sounded great.
Here are the things she mentioned that will need work: The front AC is not working, the ice maker is iffy, it gets cold but may not make ice (it is the original ice maker from 1984), the generator will require the front bumper to be removed before being serviced. The gray water discharge valve won't close all the way (does not seem to shut off).
Service for the coach is available at Valley Power is West Sacramento, about 60 miles away.
Overall we thought it was a wonderful coach, well worth the purchase price.

Very nice looking coach. Paint is almost a twin to our 1984.
