105K Miles, Detroit 8V92 Allison Auto
12.5 Kohler genset with Yanmar Diesel engine 
8 new (5k miles) Uniroyal tires
New bus batteries last year, house batteries are good, not sure of the age 
Runs and drives and generates great. 
3 basement airs that work great
Electric floor heaters work great, only one of the lp has heaters work.
Main floors updated
New size correct Fridge last year
New microwave last year 
Two burner gas and two burner electric cook top, works great

I’m the third owner and have owned the bus for two years and would gladly drive this anywhere in the country, on one tank of fuel I might add (303 gallon main tank and 100 gallon auxiliary tank). It is 30 years old and isn’t perfect, the paint looks good, but on the drivers side clear coat is coming off as well as a bit on the front and a bit on the back. 

Mechanically it’s a very sound coach and is ready to use.

Tom, according to my paperwork it’s been in Texas it’s whole life.
