Dan, using the TSD Logistics TSD Openroads app from the app store and having my TSD EFS fuel card logged into the app, the TA cash price in Baytown is $5.119 while the card price is $4.20. A discount of $0.919.

No problem accessing the Openroads app. But you may need an EFS card to see the card purchase prices.
