You continue to amaze me Ernie!! How do you handle expansion with such tight fits?

Beautiful workmanship.
Is there a rise under your brake and throttle pedal ? If  so what did you do to curve the wood ?

RE: curves and angles - Ernie - 04-18-2020

I removed and reinstalled the accelerator pedal on top of the wood. Since the brake pedal has a few linkages, I did not want to disturb those and
cut the wood around the configuration of the flange the pedal rests on.

Since all I ver use is urethane adhesive, expansion and contraction - if it happens is so small that noting ever moves and that adhesive is forever
