for sale $599 - Katebrick68 - 07-31-2020

My buyer cannot find financing to purchase my 2001 coach. They have A+ credit but are running into an issue due to the age of the coach and they only have one installment loan.  Any suggestions besides home equity line (home is paid for in a trust)? resources for financing 60k?  thanks for any help with this!!

Did he try Brad Mason at Incredible Bank? They specialize in coach loans, but that is borderline age for them, I think.

Kate,
With USAA, you either have to be a veteran or a family member to finance with them. Reason I know this is we are members of USAA.

Personal line of credit would work if they have the net worth to do so. If not, depending upon age, they can borrow against any 401k, Roth, or other equitable interest they own of similar ilk. Interest rates on those are higher than most market rates, but you're paying yourself back.
