Weak Engine Brake? - [email protected] - 04-19-2022

I have a weak engine brake and don’t know why. It’s so weak, I didn't think it was working. The first trip to a Cummins Service Center said it just needed a software update.  But aterwards, I still couldn’t feel the engine brake.

Newell hooked up a computer and said the engine brake was very weak.  Now it’s back to another Cummins Service Center and I waiting for the diagnoses.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, sort of.
I feel mine isn’t discernible between Low and High.
I don’t know if it’s a mileage issue, ECM update, or what.
I’m heading out to PDI in a couple weeks to have them adjust the valves; at 60k miles, they say they should be done by now.
