Bathroom heater fixed - folivier - 04-17-2013

The aquahot heater in the bathroom was working intermittently. The fan would always blow but sometimes it would blow cold, sometimes hot. I tried tapping on the check valve repeatedly and frequently and it never did work right.
Today I picked up a new relay for a spare. I grounded the terminal for the bathroom heater and the relay clicked open but the pump would not run. I swapped relays and it worked every time. So I used the spare relay and now it is working every time.
Question: are these relays repairable?

what is the part number of the relay?
