Cindy's Key Lime pie - folivier - 06-28-2013

Coming to a potluck near you (possibly tonight)

Key Lime Pie

Combine:
14 oz can of sweeten condensed milk
4 oz Key Lime Juice
2 egg yolks, slighly beaten

beat 3 - 4 minutes with electric mixer

pour into pie crust
top with lime zest
bake 8 minutes at 350F
remove and cool
cover and chill 3 - 4 hours

serve as is or add cool whip topping
