Update;
After the sensor was replaced, I have had about 12 hrs of all Airs and misc power draws without a hiccup. That sensor may have been the problem from the beginning. According to the Power Tech authorized service company, this sensor and its related shut down protection, is not a power tech Part and they believe its a Newell protection system. I'm not sure what it reports to, silver leaf (?), but my generator dash gauges are inaccurate for water temp, and oil pressure.
