My Lifelines are over 5 years old and don't show any signs of age. I have 2 8D for the house and 2 8D for starting.
I try to keep both sets in use together by keeping them merged when plugged in to shore power and when we are in the desert in the winter off grid when my solar panels keep them up.
I am quite happy with them and they are as clean today as the day I put them in.
