Get em while you can....They're not makin em like that anymore! I looked at a beautiful FC 15 years ago before I bought our '78 Newell. I was impressed with the workmanship but the noise in the coach once the Cat 3208 was cranked up was not acceptable.

My first diesel was one of those with the Cat engine. That was before all the new sound deadening/heat mats that are now out there. The sound was so loud, I couldn't hear the ringing in my ears.Wink With those in place, sound and heat is very well contained- in the engine compartment.
