We visited Newell in 05. Wanted to build a 40 ft, plain and simple. 400 Cummins, Allison World, Single Screw and no air operated stuff. Quote was $1.3M. Left there and went to Holland Michigan and bought a new M380 Bluebird.

One of the reasons that the shorter Newells are in short supply is that the cost to build a 40' is almost the same as a 45', about $8,000 difference 10 years ago in base price.
