Thanks for the advice on a new compressor, they had it in stock, mailed it to me in only a few days at the same price you quoted. I installed it a couple of days ago and I now have a steady source of air. It kicks on at 70 psi and shuts off around 100 and appears to hold air for around 45-50 minutes without using any systems.
I can now start hunting down the leaks and thanks to all of the information you guys have provided me, I have a much better understanding of the air systems.
Will let you know what I find.
Thanks

Does the seller have a web site?

Steve, I posted this vendor a couple of years ago, it used to be Darlings one stop compressor shop (DOCS).  Since then they have been purchased by Thomas.  Here is the link:  http://www.tcatsolutions.com   The old URL was DOCS-LLC.com which resolves now to the new URL.

Hi Tom,

Great minds think alike. I coincidentally just purchased a new OF332 was was searching the internet for a manual on how to hook it up. I too thought I could connect the low side to the high since there are two inlets and two outlets. I can't believe that I found your thread. I currently have a Thomas and find it to be noisy.  Their is a canister on the side....is that a filter and intake? It looks a bit like a large capacitor. How hard was the wiring? If i understand your comments I should not use traditional air lines with compression fittings to join the two sides? Any information would be most helpful on how to connect this. I too have it in the generator blower bay.
Thanks in advance.

there is a starting capacitor mounted on the side the size of a small pop can

the challenge is the air is hot coming off of the piston, so you really need a teflon braided air hose.

there were many configurations of the of322 on how to wire them. post a picture of it. mine was a new old stock one made for a specific company that had an hour meter and custom harness on it. so it had to be rewired inside the top wire cap.

jun air tech support helped me through it and sent me the right wiring schematic.
