We were a mere year and a half ahead of you Tom and it wasn't long after you bought your Newell that we had the pleasure of meeting you and your family. Seems like it has been more than just 10 years.

Thanks for the forum and thanks for the friendship!

Wow I hadn't thought about how long....Time flies. We are knocking on the door of 20 years!!! Our first MH was the old 1978 Newell 35' that we had for 12 years. Our current 1993 we bought in 2007. The interior rebuild is just about complete!!
This is the third Newell oriented web-site I have participated on , the first one was hosted by Newell I think. This is by far the BEST!!!

Thanks for your friendship and this wonderful Newell Guru web-site, Tom and Darlene. Bought our Newell in 1999, 300,000 miles ago. It has been a real pleasure driving across this great country of ours. God Bless America, and God Bless our President!

Today is the 6th anniversary of my purchasing 653. It had around 150,000 when I bought it and now has 240,000. This is the only coach I have ever owned. You can imagine my level of focus as I drove a 50,000lb coach off the lot for the first time. phew! (Roro says I have gotten to be a much better driver).

The coach has been a challenge at times yet has provided some great memories....and through the gurus have made some great friends. Thanks to all of you!
