THANKS to everyone who replied 

I believe i have it all repaired. I still have one fan motor not running and plan to remove it tomorrow.
Next I'm replacing the AC compressor (looks old), it works, BUT on 385 there is only one belt for AC and alternator. Think Jim (PO) replaced the alternator
IF AC compressor fails I'll loose the alternator.

get a set of gates green stripe belts # XL13A0840.these can be used to go around alternator only in case of compressor failure.Do yourself a favor and change the pulley on the alternator to a 4.25" .It will not charge at idle but that has not been an issue for me.It eliminates squealing and constant adjusting of belts.
