Just listed...2013 45' 8", front entry, quad slide, island bed, Cummins engine. Ad says 1.5 baths, but I don't see a rear toilet in images or on floor plan. Most of the island bed configurations appear to have a split bath with shower and sink in rear and toilet located mid - coach. #1469 appears to be of that layout, and not 1.5 baths.

Back on the market.  2 1/2 years older, 20,000 more miles, and priced $67,000 higher.  I guess this is the market.  Sure makes my shopping more difficult.
