Fueling cutoff
#1

So I took our coach for fuel the other day (first time) and was cut off at $100.  Is this a credit card limit or gas station limit?  How do I get around this?

Go inside, and tell them how much you think you will need to fill the tank, they will run the card for preapproval.

Oh my Mark, If you keep up with this forum, you would have been aware of a Fleet Fuel Card that has a 800 gallon cut off. So you would be good to go.

AND. the purchase price is around 50 cents per gallon below the posted cash price at Loves Truck Stop.

One of our members just drove his Newell 1400 miles, tanked up and saved $100 from what he was used to paying.

So, no cut off, 50 cents per gallon savings, no annual fee, no out of network fee, just a 10% fee of the savings. So save 50 cents per gallon is a 5 cent fee. Go to TA or Petro and save 40 cents per gallon for a fee of 4 cents.

If you will call me, I will get you to the app for the card that you will receive in 3 or 4 days.

You will not go inside to authorize, you will not go inside to get a receipt, put card in pump, fuel and leave.

I will Second Rudy from above;

I have used TSD logistics that Rudy is speaking of. I fueled at a Loves in Roseburg OR. Pump fuel price read $3.22.9. I purchased 176 gallons and received a credit on my account (on line, the next day) of $129.87 after the $12.99 going to the card manager. That brought the price down to about $2.49/gallon This is a great value on the west Coast, I typically see pricing above $4.00 per gallon

I typically avoid the larger truck stops because I feel I can find a way to fit into a smaller cheaper station, at off hours. This will take some stress off of getting refueled in the future.

Thanks Rudy, for bringing this to our attention.
