HWH suspension panel not working
#1

Hello all,

I’m having issues with the HWH air suspension controls.
The air system appears to be working because it airs up to ride height when you start the coach. The green travel light is always on but that is all. The only button that works is the all lower. You can lower it but that’s it. When you touch the air bottom to self level or manual nothing happens at all and none of the up down arrows do anything.
Thanks for any advice or...!

First, check the back side of the control panel to make sure the ribbon cable is securely attached.

Download this manual. Follow the steps in Section 2, Troubleshooting.

The other thing I would take a look at is the three main power fuses. Located in the center of the HWH control box, just above the bottom. I have learned that the circuitry does very weird stuff when not getting full voltage. Go figure.

Yes! Please do as Richard suggests! Clean all the fuses and relays - mine went from hardly anything working to everything working!

Thanks for all the ideas. I will pull all the fuses / relays and wire brush them today and clean the terminals. I tried the trouble shooting and thought for sure it was the battery fuse after reading it but I have the larger box and it is laid out a little different and I’m not sure which one is the battery fuse so I checked all of them. I am getting power to the bottom board through the 3 wire plug (yellow, black, red).
More trouble shooting today. After this is corrected all I have left is to diagnose why I’m not getting anything out of the inverter. That should be easy LOL

OH! Make SURE you have your coach batteries merged - if the engine batteries get low (like mine did after starting several times) you will not get enough voltage to the solenoids...

How do I verify if they are merged?

Just remembered the switch on the dash. No luck.
