Comp heat in classic 1985
#1

Can anyone tell me what or where this comp heat is/was supposed to be.  I have lots of heat sources on the bus but not sure how or what the comp heat switch is for.

my guess on this is that it controls the fans on the heaters that are heated by engine coolant that are under your bed and in the water bay.

my 90 had something similar.

Our 1984 has the same switches, and they perform as Tom surmised.

My 1978 was the same. Check the fan motors. They may need cleaning, lubrication or replacing.
