Newbie question on classic can you drive with leveling on?
#1

This probably sounds stupid but if I am going over a railroad crossing or a dip from the roadway to a driveway can the bus (1985) be driven while the leveling is all the way up?   Say at a speed of under 3 mph.

Yes, be careful to not put the coach in a twist. The suspension will not have any give, and especially the front is not allowed to move from side to side. All of the irregularities in the surface are transferred to the frame of the coach

I am forced to do exactly that at a RR crossing near my summer location. Just allow plenty of time for suspension to reach full up. Hit travel button as soon as you are across. Bail out if you get stuck - ha ha

I've actually driven a few miles with the leveling switch on by mistake. No problems, but it it's a lot rougher....that's how I knew I had not switched to ride height.
