met with the local power company at my house early this morning to discuss how to get power to it. i cant run a subpanel off of the house as there is not enough power avail.

except the county is saying no, so i am asking for an exception. why they care really isnt known. the plan reviewer i talked to just said it is the directive and he didnt know why.

hi chester, we have our house in mesa for sale (if anyone on the forum is interested in a beautiful large custom home in mesa, az let me know) and have not sold it yet. but we did buy one out by our grandkids and we have been working on it for a while.
