Here is how it was mounted. I'll take pics when the snow melts. The ends of the bar hang from two massive shackles that are in turn bolted to a plate welded to the attachment point on the axle where the radius arms attach. The radius arms are the two parallel arms on each side that allow the axle to move up and down. The front or middle part if the bar is held by two saddle clamps holding urethane bushings. Those clamps are bolted to the second structure that Newell made and welded into the cavity between the hydraulic cooler and the rear axle. You can see very little of that without being directly under the coach
I looked under mine today and I think I have a sway bar. It is U shaped with the two ends attached to the axle and the center part is attached to the frame in two places with saddle clamps mention by Richard.
