Well we pulled into our winter spot near Cindy's mother back in late October. Thought we would take a trip or two but never found the time. Our granddaughters took up all of our free time. And I had a bunch of projects to do.
But we plan to head out Friday morning. We were going to head up the east coast but it seems every time I try to program a route in my gps it changes the destination to Wittman, AZ! So I guess we'll head west on I-10 towards Tom & Darlenes. Don't want them to get too lonely now that Clarke and Elaine have snuck out on them....
I am telling you Tom has super natural powers. Changes weather patterns to block the Hockwalds and is able to interrupt normal GPS signals. The signs are there that we are dealing powers beyond our control. The pull will only become stronger when he completes his Garage Majal...his master plan.
forest, hope you get here in time for the groundbreaking party

Do you have a date yet Tom?
The Guru Garagmahal has a nice ring to it
And is very appropriate!
the permit applications have been in for a week. so sometime in the next 2 weeks i assume.
Forest: ah yes granddaughters. We have two here locally; they have me wrapped around their little fingers and I'm loving it. It's hard to leave; I'm always afraid I'll miss one of the magic moments. We thought about just taking them with us, which they love, but the parents kinda kiaboshed that. But then it's probably for the best, at least until their college expenses are over.
Planning to pull up the anchor in a couple hours. Already scrubbed the bottom, wiped down the deck, scraped barnacles off the rudder, wait a minute! Think I been sitting in one place too long.
Heading west on I-10 and plan to visit with Rudy (Trainer) and his lovely wife for dinner tonight. Then we'll stay at a golf course overnight around San Antonio. I'll let you know how that works out.
Last night we attended our granddaughters Easter Angel Choir. Too cute! 5 & 6 year olds singing their hearts out.
we are excited you guys are coming to visit us for a while. hope you feel like keeping busy....we have lots to do......
