My Newell has 2 fans that exhaust through the roof with one of those rain-proof hoods. One vented the range hood and the other vented the bathroom. I'm trying to determine what the CFM of those fans are. I'm thinking of replacing with 105 CFM 12V squirrel cage fan.
They're probably Fantastic fans which I believe are 920 cfm.
There are two Fantastic Fans in the middle aisle way of my coach . The vent fans I'm referring to have metal blades and an All-Weather hood over them that sticks up on the roof.
On my '92, I have a Kool-O-Matic exhaust fan in the closet in the bathroom with a metal all-weather hood. I believe those are 1/10 hp, 8 amp motors driving a 12" 4 or 5 blade deep pitch fan (I forget which). I have not been able to find a cfm spec so far but they move a LOT a air. They seem to more much more than the fantastic type fans I had in previous RV's. Mine is in the closet over the washer/dryer combo and it pulls air hard through the round air intake ducts around the top of the closet unless you leave the door open. Unfortunately, Kool-O-Matic is no more and replacement parts are very hard to find. Back in 2008, replaced the motor, the thermostat and the 3 speed switch with new parts from the remaining inventory Kool-O-Matic had. Fortunately, it is still working great.
