Gary and I spent some time in the "other" four corners area recently. We thought since you guys are going to be in the area you might want to visit these two places. One is Crystal Bridges Museum in Bentonville, beautiful setting with great walks. Alice Walton has created an unbelieveable American art museum (also traveling exhibits) on her family's property. And it's free! We've been twice. Her latest project is buying a Frank Lloyd Wright house from someplace in the east and having it dismantled piece by piece and brought to her museum.
Also, in Eureka Spring a small 'sortof' restaurant called Stone House. They have an incredible wine and beer menu and serve only cheese plates. Also an outside patio. (But the cheese plates are amazing...and filling) Just thought I might mention these two places and give you their websites.
Stone House (doesn't have its own website that I could find)

and Crystal Bridgeshttp://crystalbridges.org/
We stayed at the 'supposed' Eureka Springs KOA. Okay but quite a ways out of town. I've found that some KOA just pick the closest tourist town and call themselves that town's name. Savannah KOA was the same. We like KOA normally. Sort of like McDonalds, you know what you're getting...usually. Susie
