I swear that was shot on Ortega Hwy that goes through the local mountains linking Orange and Riverside counties. Looks like a total blast and certainly "stacker worthy"
But can it be flat towed?

Hmmm. With just 5" of ground clearance ~ I'm not sure if I'd want to attempt flat towing. I'm not sure you could ever get the geometry right for the tow bar, but it weighs next to nothing!

You are going to need a bigger stacker. Then a bigger engine to pull it, well perhaps just a new Newell.
