Stopped by to look at this coach. Exterior fair paint clearcoat pealing all over. Five cracked windows, both windshields near popping out.. Been setting for years I think.. Owner tried backing it up a while ago broke a drive axel..getting it fixed. Supposedly 6000 miles on engine n tranny..musta been a while back as things rusty.. Battery boxes rusty. Wet bay. Floor rotted. They couldn't find key so no inside report.. The guy said it was nice.....mmmmmm.. Good project ... He does want to sell so..... Price point would be the factor...

Looks pretty rough.....the DD looks like "pre"-Silver. Don't think he's going to get $25,000......maybe $15,000,or less on a good day.
I think the one in Creede is in better condition looking at these pictures.
I agree.. He said he had a 73' prior to this one which he put over 300k miles on..this is his second Newell and believes it to be in great shape... all in the eye of the beholder I suppose.. Nothing a bucket full of $$$ can't fix....
I think he is out to lunch for 25k also. Sounds neglected and you didnt even look inside? Im sure it needs alot more than what you found first look.
When they find the key and fix the axle I'll stop back by and look .. the old gentleman is a traveling preacher so I suppose it is propelled by a greater force.....
Hot Air?
That water bay brings back recent nightmares for me.
I hear ya Todd!! Lol. I know exactly how you feel!! Been there done that more than once!!
