Has any one had one of their hinged door skin delaminate from the aluminum frame?

Thanks in advance for the info which is being used to evaluate a common Newell problem and its cause.

Yes Steve and BTW I love "Polls" ,lol.... To remount I first glued and it was OK but not long term durable in my opinion, so I added epoxy around the inner edge all the way around.I used a contact cement for both skin and frame and joined them after they dried. Used about 30 mini clamps all around and left it for 2 days and that was a couple of years back and no problems.
