1997, single slide, $99,500. This is the second Newell built with a slide. Originally owned by NASCAR driver Wade Burton.

The text says bath and half but pictures show rear closest. Is there a half bath hidden somewhere or is the text incorrect?

I believe the text is incorrect. 440 is a rear closet, mid-bath layout with the toilet in a separate room.
