This morning around 9:30am we were on I-25 southbound in Colorado, about 10 miles south of the Wyoming border when we spotted a late model Newell going northbound toward Wyoming. Black, red and gold. I'm so unused to seeing Newells that I didn't realize it was one until I saw the back cap in my mirror, and the word NEWELL on it.
Saw two more late model Newells westbound on I-70 in Kansas about 50 miles east of the Colorado boarder earlier today. They appeared to be travelling together....both appeared to be flat towing late model Jeeps.
Was driving eastbound on I-44 yesterday around exit 41 when I saw a number of older vintage GMC's/MCI's standing side by side, and on the end of the line was a 1979/80 Newell for sale.....we were by so fast I didn't get a chance to take a picture.

Saw two yesterday, I was driving one and Jeff & Pam the other in West Virgina. Jeff being a flat lander got a great Mountain driving experience. Pam will probably be driving out.
LOL Ron! You were right..I did drive out! Just seen this pic! Couple of nice Newell's here! Tongue
