i gotta say, that driving much faster than 65 is not as enjoyable for me at lease.

i drive just fast enough to keep it in 6th gear.

and the limit on towing our honda is 65 according to honda

I was kidding... I actually used drive way over 75mph (where allowed) but have slowed down alot in my old age... My wife loves being able to take pictures of scenery rather than it all just being a blur on film... Our last trip I actually stopped before my destination! Oh, my!
My steer axle weights 16,520,  my drive axle weights 21,840 and tag 9,420.  Total 47,780.  315 tires @130 air pressure are rated at 9,100 each, I am within the 10% limit.  I realize 365 will ride better and I just might change, but now my 315's are less than 2 years old so when they are 3 years old I will decide then.  What is the weight limit on 365's?
If I recall they are 10,500 at 125.

Is that right gang?

Tom
Chappell,

The 315s work no doubt about it. So changing them out just for the sake of changing them doesn't really make sense. On the other hand, if it's time for new front tires, the price of the two tires is comparable, so the real cost is in the rims and the conversion. The rims can be bought for less than 500 each, and now with conversion options other than Newell, the changeover is a lot more attractive.
Thanks Richard and that is what I will be looking for.  We love the coach and I have spent a lot of money keeping it up and 365's are probably in the future.
I can't find 365s anywhere. There is a nationwide shortage of them - I wonder if Michelin is changing the tire, maybe the compound or coming up with a new one as a replacement?
Now imagine you are at the side of a busy interstate after hitting a pice of angle iron that bounced from a truck into your lane.

This is the reason I will not be going to 365's for now even though I have one of the beautifully manufactured adapter studs made for Prevost in my Newell glove box :-)

Russ
Your Newell has a glove box? I must have missed that on the one we are looking at - never even thought to look for a glove box in a coach... It does have a giant dash, maybe it has a giant glovebox also...
I owned mine for a year before I discovered the glove box.
