what is the deal on this coach? the pictures dont show much of anything

No idea. Must be some expensive repairs or it would not have been titled as rebuildable. Note that no photos of the rear bedroom and bath are included. The only thing that shows in the photos what appears to be a missing overhead cabinet door.
Yeah it is not owned by the eBay 'broker/scammer'....

It has bad paper: FL-CERTIFICATE OF DESTRUCTION
Try to get it registered in your state...and/or get it insured...not easy...export only is the way it is being offered by the real owner.

It is in TN currently and if anyone wants I can give much more info back channel.

Cheers,
Jeff
then the price is WAYYYY too high. you would almost have to give that away

If you do a Google search on the VIN (1N9458X8031011656) you'll find numerous sites with $95k buy it now options. This is a link to the actual auction, Copart Nashville: http://www.copart.com/us/Lot/32131845?se...=207476219
I find it odd that they list the estimated repair costs at $11,565 with a Certificate of Destruction.
Looks like a Certificate of Destruction can only be transferred twice before it must be dismantled. No real title on this one, just a bill of sale. Looks like someone buying it and shipping it out of country might be the optimal answer for this one.
Is Texas considered out of country? :-)
To a Texan, generally yes, but in this case, I am afraid not.
