Luxury, self-contained hunting cabin?? Strip out and sell the engine / transmission. Pay once to move it. Block it up. Take off and sell the tires / wheels / anything else you don't need to travel. Connect well and septic; use the generator for power. Build a nice insulated skirt. Logistics are too much for me, but I know guys crazy enough to do something like this.
Current bid is $177,000 but sellers reserve has not been met.
I saw this coach when I had my dads #730 to Newell back in January. I wouldn't think too long and hard about it. The pictures they show don't do the bowed frame justice.

Bid is now at $200,000 and still below the Sellers Reserve.
Bid now at $211,000 Sellers Reserve Not Met
Bidding ended without reaching the Reserve to it is relisted with the minimum bid starting at $231,000 still with a Sellers Reserve.

Since I personally saw the coach wrecked, it is great to see it looking so good.

My question is were you able to get any needed parts from Newell, or were you able to repair without any parts from Newell?
