As Tom mentioned, a transmission reprogram could lower the shift point so you are running in 6th rather than 5th at 67 but other than that, would require gear change.
Yesterday I was running at 65 mph on level highway in Nevada and the engine consistently showed less than 1,500 rpm. I will check again in a few days at 67 mph and post the rpm.

Could the speedometer been change to show faster MPH which would show lower RPM and also give a better fuel milage? Could you really only be running 62 instead of 67? This would make the rpm less and also show more miles traveled. Check the Speed reading
Good idea Ron I'll use my speedo app to compare.. but I wasn't getting blowing by by everyone
